my drivers power window wasnt working so i put in a new motor, it goes down very slow and will not go up with out me "helping it" i greased all the tracks and slides does the spring wear out? do you guys know of any tricks or stronger lift motors, to fix this problem? thanks on any responces.

I've heard that OEM motors seem to work better and last longer than many of the aftermarket ones. May also check the felt in the channels the windows go up?
