Windshield Frame - Needs some TLC

Was hoping some of you had some suggestions on straightening out my Windshield frame. A tree in the back yard really had it out for the Blazer so they had words.

I have some pics here. A friend of mine suggested welding a bolt to the top of the frame and use a porta-power attached to the celing to straighten it out. Any suggestions?

Thanks Paul, that thing is major. Is heating it up and taking a portapower to it a bad idea?

dont forget there is more than 1 layer inside that winshield frame. . .

it will take some skill and tools to fix it right. if you dont know what your doing it can go bad even fasterthan what happened.
