so before I hit the road for home I checked fluid levels bought some bulbs just in case, changed the interior bulb to an l.e.d., because mo power lol.
Topping off the washer fluid, instituted thre fluid lines weren't connected. Went to connect them, no nozzles. No wear marks from where a ny nozzles were.
Only indidacation of installation were 2 wear marks on the cowl to hood seal where it appears something was there, leaving a telltale.

Can someone post a pic of how washers on a 79 is suppose to look?

As always, please & thank you in advance.

here is a diagram of the parts #11 is the nozzle, should attach to firewall area and spray up through the cowl.

I don't know if this is right or if it will even help you; I stole it off the 'net

cowl is 80's era stuff when they went to the 81-up style front .

if me super clean that windshield . . 3 good hand done coats of rain-x around 5 min apart . let last coat flash off all foggy . whipe down new paper towel and water only to just buff off that foggy haze . . 2 good quality blades . . i did this for almost 7 years on my old k30 in rain and snow but i had no working wiper motor . . . the rain-x did it all for me even plowing snow . :saweet:

There's something on there already. Hit a bit of drizzle in the mountains, beaded up good and wiped right off.

I got real lucky with this one.
