Windshield wiper arm clip

My wiper blades broke so had to get new one. However its the clips that broke and the new blades I have need an adapter.

I can't seem to find what I would need.

It's a 1980 k5, the wiper arms just have a flat end, no hook or anything.

If you know what I need or where to try and find ot that would be great.

Usually the adapter clips come with the blade assembly, I've seen adapters for the hook type arm has a slot to push the flat style arm in to.

So nomenclature, wiper blade is the the rubbery part and stiff backing that attaches to wiper arm.
Wiper refill is just the rubbery part that sides into the blade.
The flat end of arm is called a "bayonet" end.

Anco 31-16 always fit. Many of us run 18"

Another option is to use wiper arms from 1981-91 trucks with the pin arm style. I have several sets available.

This is what I'm working with. The bmack Leicester is broken sand I'm left with just the metal end.

So the 81-89 would fit onto the 80 if I needed to.

I would like to just get a new black container. Maybe it's easier to get new arms.

At minimum I should get some Anco 31-16 it seems to have something on at this point as the ones I got that said would work don't.

An adapter like that will come with the Anco 31-16. Sorry I'm to cheap to get rainx blades.
I try to get or keep the oem metal blades, and use refills.

Well good to know one comes with it. Ya, I thought I would drop some money into her but it's too fancy. Well take em' back and get ones that work.
