I lost the delay/mist function of my wipers...is that controlled by a module or do I need to swap the wiper motor?

windshield wiper motor question

It's controlled by a module on the base of the column under the small panel. When mine goes on the blink its because one of the pins in the connectors looses contact. I pull them apart and tweak them a bit and plug them back in.
