windshield wiper question

Everytime i turn on my wind shield wipers, the cleaning fluid comes squirting out of the little hoses, any body have this problem before, and how do i make it stop?

The factory washer pump is run off an eccentric on the wiper motor. There's a relay that engages the pump when the switch is closed. Disconnect the wire going to the pump connected you your wiper motor and see if the pump stops. If so then you have a short in the line or a bad washer switch. If it doesn't stop then the relay is stuck on.

Is the wiper control for an 82 located on the lower dash to the left of the steering wheel?

thanks for the help, i am going to check it out tomorrow. the switch is on the lower dash panel.
