I'm not sure what's going on but my windshield wipers will not shut off. I have complete functionality in the twist handle but when it is set to off they seem to be set to delay. Can't get them to stop.

What year truck? If late 80's, the delay module probably lost an internal ground. Module is@ the size of playing card box, with plug on each end. You can remove module and plug the two looks together. You will only have hi and low speed.
If you can deal with integrated circuit you might be able to fix module, needs new one

Thats's probably the problem. It's an '85. LMC here i come.
top 2 wire plug on motor is the park sensor . contacts get real dirty on the plug . clean them and also do dielectric grease .
