I am planning on wiring my Windstar electric fan setup in the next few days, and another member brought to my attention that the main fan could be variable speed.
I stripped the wires back so I could see the connection (yes, it is OEM), and I have found that there are several power wires that are spliced down into one connection. One connection for both fans. I was under the impression that the smaller fan was actually a secondary fan.
This was taken from a late 90s Windstar (didnt look at the exact year)
So, does anyone know how these fans are wired from the factory?
And are either of these fans variable speed?
