I had to take my suburban to the airport today. We had a bit of a sleet storm in Arkansas last night, and they salted and plowed the major roads. Now my rig is sitting in the parking garage until Monday night. I’m regretting driving it, even though it was my best bet for getting to the main road. What would you do to your truck in this situation?

Its fine. Pressure wash it real well when you get back.

Make sure to clean the undercarriage really well. A few days won't hurt it
Road salt destroys stuff over time. For future use a good undercarriage wax/oil spray helps
