You put antifreeze in with your washer fluid, you won't be able to see where you're going the first time you spray the windshield with it...
Most auto store places and even Walmart sell stuff rated for below freezing temps, get some of that and put it in.

rubbing alcohol works too.
Methanol!...at the gas & electric company where my dad worked,they would buy 55 gallon drums of it to use as washer fliud (diluted with water) and also used it in gas tanks for dry-gas to remove water from the fuel...
Some washer fluid I have bought that said it was rated for -20 was frozen solid at 22 degrees last winter-it was the orange stuff,I wont buy that crap again--the 99 cent stuff at a drugstore never froze on me !!..

What!? you guys dont have off the shelf stuff? i just go to any local gas station and grab some good up to -40C
Look for the Rain Ex pink winshield washer fluid.
It's the winter version that doesn't freeze and it works great to keep your windshield smoother, so less wiping needed from the windshield wipers.
