Wiper Cowl....

I need to replace the rubber hoses that squirt fluid on the windhield..mine tore, SO.. I need to pull the wiper cowl panel off ....can it be done without pullin off the fenders?

Sounds like your taking about an '81 up vehicle then yes I installed one on mine without removing the fenders it doen't go under the fenders at all.

Shweet, I hafta replace the lil washer hoses that go up the wiper arm so I hafta get under the wiper cowl panel. Thanks!

pull wiper arms and screws along front of panel on cowl top side where hood meets the panel, and pop the panel off away form right under windshield, theres pop hole clips along under there,
