My wiper motor died. How easy are they to replace and can anyone who has done it before, please give me some tips or pointers to make the job easier?

Thanks.

there should be 3 bolts holding it onto the firewall, undo those and there should be a little arm that attaches to a ball on the motor, it eather just pops off or you have to unbolt it, undo the wires , repeat steps backwards :thumb:

have fun getting the arm attached back to the motor lol, its a press type fitting. Another word of advice, when you detach the arm from the motor, be sure not to let it fall down into the cowl, esp if you have fat fingers like me, its a pain to dig back out.

thats why its easier to unbolts it from the motor shaft instead, dont mess with the pop on ball stud deal

have to remove cowl panel from truck first though

good luck
