Once in a while i turn it on and all it does is hummmm, like there is binding. One time i had to go move them by hand to get them going. is my motor on the way out?? Dont see how there could be any binding thx mike

Give it a whack with a hammer or a Mag-lite (also a hammer) when it's bound like that. It's gonna need replacing eventually, but until you get a new motor, that'll usually get it goin again.

its a 98 c1500 p/u. been great to me other then this mike
yep beat its the bad motor. the stealer will have pleanty in stock on the shelf for this problem. best way to tell is pop the hood and with wipers on take and easyly pull and push on the plug to the wiper . it should act up a bit.
