Wipers only have high speed?

On my 77 the wipers only work on high speed and they don't park on the bottom. What might be the problem? I know the wires have been spliced near the switch by the PO.

Hey be glad man. My wipers occasionally work awesome. Then randomly go to high or very slow.

Since I think it's probably the stupid 100 dollar control box my solution. Rain x

I don't imagine your talking about Hoton! Yeah for the amount of time I need them it's not a big deal.... been like that for 7 years. :haha: Just thought I should fix some of the little details. Or not... I got RainX on my shelf. :thumb:
 
Your park switch needs fixed. That is what is causing it to stop where ever you turn them off. On my truck I just had to pop the cover off the motor and re-seat it, it should be pretty obvious once you pull the cover off. If you need pictures let me know.

Actually it always stops in that position like in my pic. But it never used to?

:waytogo: Last week before driving to work I Rain X'd mine just in case.....coming home we had torrential downpours....really glad I had that "paranoid" moment that morning

Thanks man! Took the cover off flicked the little arm once and Fock me!

I got low speed and park! :thumb: :dunno: Easy dumb luck! :haha:
