i will be having my Steering box brace welded into place tomorrow and i have an issue...Should i go Arch due to the thickness of the frame or will a wire feed be capable?

If the wire feed is not capable it looks like i'm going to have to Get an adapter for the outlet.....

I wire fed mine with a flux core, the frames aren't very thick, I think it gets plenty of penetration.

You didnt specify what power your wirefeed is capable of, flux cored wire or are you using shielding gas.

220V 130-135 amp units will generally do the job . 180amp units will do 1/2" single pass.

Flux cored will burn a little hotter than gas shielding. I've heard of people using little units, and I've burned through quarter in steel stock with my lincoln 130T
