I have a little 100 amp wire feed welder that can do a decent job, but when I'm welding the wire pops. Even if you hold the wire directly to the metal it sill pops and makes the weld look awful. Anybody had this problem? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm soi sick of welding with it going pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, ect. Please help.
