Has anyone ever wired a tbi motor into a 1st gen.? I'm trying to do this and I haven't had any luck yet. Any tips or wiring diagrams out there?

Thanks
Lucas

I've never done it so this is pretty much shootin from the hip but, I would strip everything and I mean everything I could from a donor truck. Any wiring, computers, fuel pump, gas lines, again anything that you think might possibly have to do with the motor. There's gotta be someone who has done this sorta stuff out there. If nuthin else I ttt'd for ya.

Fixed it for ya.

Not really, with a good set of diagrams, the TBI harness is pretty simple to put in. There are not that many wires to splice. Just figure out where you need to supply power to (fused, switched, etc.) and you are good to go.
