The two pink wires are for the fuel gauge. Pnk/bck strip are ign. hots. black is ground. Oil gauge should be a tan wire. Grey is the inst. cluster lights. And I cant remember the rest.

The yellow wires should be for the seat belt warning light.

well i get to throw all that out the window....

i hooked up a mess of it... yeah turn signals worked... power, gnd, oil...

but i just remembered im putting in a different gauge cluster...
totally different pinout...

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR from a 1960ish or 70ish C60..

the one with the gas gauge on the tach...

anyone happen to have wired one? i know some guys here did.. so ill have to search and ask.... got to take kid to soccer first though...
so brb...

while back i bought the old style dump truck or c60 series chevy gauge cluster....
it has volt, oil (mechanical), temp, vacuum gauge in the small locations...
has large speedo and large tach (to 5k) with integrated fuel gauge....

well now i looked at the wires and thought maybe only a few will be different.... well no electric oil so there goes one wire.... fuel gauge is moved.. so what i have to figure out... and ill get it...
but if anyone did one of these conversions... did you write down what was what? yes im gonna use the search feature... but im at soccer practice for my kid... so thought id post first...

my pins are as follows..... and what i think i figured them out to be

1. green - high beams
2. grey - headlight switch controlls dimming
3. black w/white stripe - volt meter +
4. black - ground for volt meter
5. / 12. Red - Power
6. No connect
7. / 18. Tan - gas gauge
8. green - temp sender
9. black - 2 wires - ground
10. grey - left turn
11. blue - right turn
13. - bulb in w. speedo (plastic missing so not sure if it is break light)
14 - 17 - no connect

so that is it... seems like everything is covered too... so going to try and wire a few tonight....
