I'm in the same boat for wiring up stuff... but I have a slight understanding of some of it... hah..
Diagrams showing how to wire different circuits. Ignition, lights, fan and so on.
so fan and lights you will need relays... and your toggle switches...simply put... flick the toggle which will trip the relay which will close and provide power to your device...
if you don't have the relays yet, look at my what vehicle for relays thread if you want to keep it cheaper...
https://ck5.com/forums/threads/best-junkyard-cars-for-relay-packs.332535/
ignition - shouldn't be too hard but I don't know - simple google search may find out... as it just seems you need to find the starter engage wire and hit that up to the push button.
lights - what kind? off-road? how many watts? I'm going to post up on this myself... as I know for lights you divide the watts by 12v so for my example..
100w x 4 = 400w / 12v = 33.33(repeating)
so I can run 2 20a relays which will only run @ 16.67a so 20a relays are fine
BUT
why cant one run 1 x 40a relay on all 4 lights? I need to figure this out as I have 4 lights on front bumper and 5 on roll-bar...
Ill post up my lights circuits when I get there... hah...
so an example of what I'm looking to do for fans is as so... and more than your typical fan stuff...
I'm contemplating just ditching the dual ford windstar fans and going with a single 2 speed mark iii fan as that is what most people do with this Volvo relay.
I could just use 3 relays and ditch the Volvo relay all together (just bought it though)...
the only thing I think have to do differently is how light blue (2) is driving 2x fans... I don't think the Volvo relay can handle that so that 2 may have to feed 1 big relay (70a or so) to then drive the fans.
