Ok so I just bought the Ez wire 20 circuit kit for my 75 blazer. Basically got tired of the old wires and electrical issues. It looks pretty straight forward but I have a few questions.
First I was wanting to do the head light mod cuz my lights suck. Will the new wire harness give me what I need or do I still need to do the upgrade.
Also it has provisions for power windows and locks and I'm wanting to add that. Again will the new wires be enough to have windows that go up and down smoothly or should I just go straight to the relay mod?
I'm also running a tbi 350 with a 4l80 that I kinda rigged up the wiring and will be fixing that. Are there any other things I need to know or do while I'm doing this? Any tips or tricks to make it easier?

I recently did the same kit to my k10. As far as the upgraded heads I believe you will still need to do the relay mods. As for any other tips it was pretty straight forward. First thing I did was spread it all out, cut and cap circuits you aren't going to use. I left about a foot just in case I want to add something later. After that I pulled the bundle through the fire wall and started routing the wires where I wanted. When you first start it looks worse than it is, but it sure was worth the work.

Did you run it through the firewall the same way the old wires are? Or did you fill that square hole and make a new one?

I took the old plug removed all of the old connectors and nasty weatherproofing gunk, then drilled a 3/4" hole through it. That was it looked kinda factory, sealed up that big hole, and also made the new fuse block mount a little bit better

Do the headlight relay mod, but I'd leave the power window stuff alone.

Also a great time to mount a remote starter solenoid. Search ford starter solenoid.
