This year, today's the first day of bow season. Up at 3:30 to go to walmart, get a license, get back, set up before dawn. Buddy has been spotting the same couple on his property every morning, just wants a portion of the score

Bah. Bust for today. Boy lost all the arrows. None of the off the shelf nocks fit the new style bolts. Came home and did fix the bent one. Cut it shorter and punched out the insert and back in.
But really good old AR hunters end is technically stopping me. 1968 and older no hunters end. Military vet isn't waved. Good luck finding open courses. I'll do it online, then just have to stop by a testing center. Ghay. So someone 45 or older, never hunted or shot a firearm is fine. But a trained military vet younger than 45 has to go to class. Money thing I'm sure. Gotta pay to play.
Did get my license though. 25 bucks gets 2 turkey and 6 deer. Just gotta look up zones for points and I think 2 doe this year.
And retired or disabled vets at any age can get a lifetime license. So the wife could if she wanted
