ok so i was talking to my buddy who does the trannys in the shop i work at and got to talking about my sm465 thats in my 86 k5. told him the story of the truck and how it was factory and he asked me if i DD it a lot. i told him well since i drive 35 miles one way to work not really. well he said how about i give you a NV4500 with about 200 miles on it. and i said well whats that? he said basically its your sm465 with overdrive. and i was like ok how much and whats wrong with it. well he said nothing some idiot put the wrong fluid in it and it was to thick and the sincros wouldnt work. he said it just needs re-sealed and its good to go. and oh by the way just take it yaaaa

as little more info on it, its out of a 2001 or 2002 1 ton. and like i said only a couple hundred miles. so my question to yall with my 208 bolt up to it? i know the tranny will bolt to the bellhousing but what about the t-case? i mean if my k5 already has a sm465, a nv4500 should be the same? or am i wrong?
