What would a 14B(FF or SF) be worth? A D44? A GM10(Front)? A GM 10(Rear)? A D60? A D70? A 12B(Rear)? Basically all different GM/Dana axles.

14FF is usually worth around $100 unless it has a locker, disc brakes, or low gears.
14SF is usually worth the price of scrap unless it is the rare 6 lug version.
10 bolt/Dana 44 6 lug fronts, $75-150 the lower the gear ratio the more it is worth.
Dana 60 fronts $750-2000 depending on condition, options, gears and location.
10/12 bolt rear axles, Scrap to $125, again lower gear sets worth more.

Very accurate.

Good place to start jewin him down. I wouldn't bother with a rear 60. If i got it cheap or was given to me i turn it for a 14 bolt, or possibly a 70

I told him i wanted the 14 bolt but he said he had no problems. I read on here the differences and thats why i said 14.

Just asking for future reference really. I know where a 44/14bolt are for $300. Believe them to be 4.56's :dunno: Probably 4.11's though

I would say the bottom line price on a 60 has come down significantly since the depression hit. (Yeah thats right I called this "slump" what is actually is).

Locally I've seen them get scrapped before someone bought them if you can believe that. I would say a dodge 60 is worth $300-$500 before the market went down. You could probably steal a chevy 60 for that now from the right sources. Prices are higher here because we all know what the stuff is worth personally when we're on the trail.

You may see that as an asking price on a NOS axle but I doubt anyone got that except Boyce Equipment .
