Just wanted to let everyone know that I was impressed by the way that my siuation with WMS was finally handled. During my conversation yesterday with Keith, he accepted responsibility for the errors and asked me what he could do to make it right for me. I truly appreciated this and I just asked him to be honest with me and other customers in the future. He assured me that it was a one time kind of thing and that again, he wanted me to be happy. I didn't ask for any kind of discount or at-cost prices, just wanted my slugs to show up today. Well they did. Along with a dana 60 cover and an aluminum fairlead! Wow. That is above and beyond what a company should do in that situation. In the future, I will probably give Keith and WMS another shot. Just thought everyone should know.
