Can anyone tell how much lift this might have? or is there a way I can tell?
It has 33 in tires on it.
Previous owner put some weird narrow leafs up front and they are causing all kinds of trouble. I'd like to replace them but I want to keep the truck at the current height.

It's kinda' hard to tell based on the leaf spring pictures because they don't really show the arch that well, but based on the springs and overall stance of the truck would guess around 3" lift, maybe a worn in 4" lift. Stock springs are negative arch (looks like frown from the side), 2" springs are usually pretty flat/straight, then 4" springs have a mild upward arch (smiley face).

thanks for the info! They do have a slight upward arch on them, so maybe I'll replace with a 3'' lift.

Measuring to the door sill is not an accurate way of determining the lift since larger tires increases that measurement. The correct way is from the top of the axle tube to the bottom of the frame. There are posts on here that say what the stock height is from the top of the tube to frame.

Just looking at the fender gaps I would call it a 2.5" - 3" lift depending on manufacturer

also, you'll find all the new springs are narrow. Nothing wrong with that, just yours appear to have some very worn out bushings. All lift leafs are 2.5" wide I believe unless you have a set made for you or swap in some Ford leafs or whatever
