1/2 ton status
My old distributor was eating itself, so i ordered a new one. Got around to dropping the new one(350 V8 HEI) in yesterday. Got the rotor and body lined up like the old one. Got the firing order off the intake. Im 75% sure which post is the #1 post. Which one is it to make sure?
I hook it all up, wires are in order but not possitive which is the #1 post.
Everything is hooked up, start tryin to start it. It wont start. Cranks and cranks and cranks. Finally after many tries the battery dies. Hook it up to our van, and let it charge. Jump back in to crank it and same thing, no start.
What the hell is going on? What do i start checking?
