I have 1984 K5 with a 4 Headlight hi / low beams. The harness has been spliced before, I tried to fix it but I'm not great at the electrical work.

If you are posting a want ad, there is a parts wanted section on the forum where people like me will find your post and offer to sell you parts you need. It does require the paid membership, but you will quickly find it is worth the small price.
Are you trying to say that you have a 1984 K5 with 4 headlights for high and low beams, and the wires have been joined together before, but you had trouble fixing it because you're not very skilled with electrical work? Is that right?
