Worn Our Tires

I keep them and sell them on Craigslist, there is ALWAYS someone that will buy used tires.

Our local trash pickup will take one per week

You just have to call them

Man, did that go the wrong way, lol. I guess more info would mean less laughter, I am needing 3 46" tires for a new toy, but I don't need anything but the tread area, kinda like a really huge belt! Where does the brotherhood think I could find them at?

Ok now that is a different question, next time that should be your original post:rolleyes:
Well I have some tires that are a good candidate for that, they are commercial tires that are below DOT limit or right at the 4/32 tread depth.
So let em check where you are at?
Oh I see you're at home...
Well where would home be?

what do you want ? just some good tread to install on a bumper like the old wrecker push bumpers back in the day ?

if so find a big truck tire shop that does caping. ask them for some old stock or scraps.

Um I want to build a mini tank. Tracks are around 2k a set!

Well if you are not in a hurry, I am sending a truck to Indianapolis, IN but it will be sometime in the summer.
I can send you a few tires you take the tread off of them.:D

Sure, that sounds just fine by me, I was planning on getting it under it's own power by the end of summer. I'll pm my contact info to you. Thanks

Do you have kids? A large tree in the yard or something that will support their weight at least? I've made my kids two tire swings so far and they absolutely love 'em! :haha:

hope there not old firestone :haha:man di remember those days at work. changed a LOT of them out.

Oh I bought some of those off a tire shop for my off road truck, I got them for $10 a piece they gave me all the spares that had never touched pavement.
As long as you didn't go high speed with low pressure they were fine.

dont get busted with them tho. thay were to have dot # cut out and then scraped for non use.

but i know of a few that made it to farm wagon use
