These are the t case cross member mounts I am missing one lock plate and the other has cracks and fatigue, pictured.
I am wondering if the Nord washers would work here.
The bolts go in from the bottom.IMG_20230702_103739.jpg

Nords can’t hurt in this application but since the mounts give under torque the washers will be asked to hold while the bolts simply can not maintain compression and that’s no fault of the retaining method chosen.
I’d use good ole thread locker and verify nothing is loose as regular maintenance.

I have a custom crossmember but the same problem. I have threadlocker in there now, will see how it holds up long term. The t case adapter is threaded and I was running a full thread bolt, all the way through with a nylock nut on the back. Problem is I couldn't find any grade 8 full thread bolts locally and I didn't trust the cheap full threads I had in there.

I am not sure if I understood your comment correctly but these mounts have sleeves and you torque down the bolts and they shouldn't loosen up.
The rubber squishes independently from the sleeves and the bolts do not squish the rubber

The sleeves are a good thing but they do allow the the rubber/urethane to compress under excelleration and de-excelleration - which is why I assume GM used those two retention pieces at the bolt heads in conjunction with the sleeves.
