Would this be a good play/mud/toy truck?

Ok so me and my friend from school have been wantin to buy a truck to just have to mess around with and maybe take mudding and trail riding. I saw this today on craigslist and i think it would be perfect. Especially with it being a manual(promised myself my next vehicle would b a manual)

It is easily withen my friends budget(he has a good amount in his savings) and i can pay him my half alittle each paycheck. What does the brotherhood think??? Seem like a good deal?

I'd go look at it first. Guy selling it doesn't know how to spell. It doesn't say whether it's a 1/2 ton or 3/4. Go look at it first, and see if he'll come down on the price.

Heck ya. Go for it! Its a play toy you are going in havers on, why not. As long as you can both go into it knowing that if there is some repairs needed, you need to split the cost. Registration, ins. All comes into play when splitting a truck. Let him buy it and you just ride, drive it. Looks fun though!

You gotta go check it out but if its good mechanically the only obvious issue is long beds dont do too well offroad. Nothing a little cutting cant fix

I dont split vehicles, nuff said. At one point in time it will be whos truck is it really, and then it gets complicated. Although the price is right.

Price seems OK, you need to see it though. Check for frame cracks at steering box.

Texted the guy this morning asking for a better picture and its already been sold. I guess there is always next time. It wouldve been hard to arrange buying it considering my friend is goin on vacation later today until the 5th. I wasnt to worried about splitting the truck. He is one of my 2 best friends at high school. And he prolly wouldve been doing alot of the buying. Besides i have my jimmy to take to the trails
