thay look mostly new but some wear. and the price is realy high. as you can get a set of nos dials yellow for under 100 and a set of used complete hubs for 150-175.

I watched a pair of NOS 60 Spicer hubs with blue red dials sell for $500 not long ago.

Then the same seller had some NOS 44HD external Spicers with blue dials that also sold for $500 also.

I've won the NOS 60 plastic dials, yellow GM types, off eBay for $80.

Don't be surprised if those hubs sell for that price. As rare and hard it is to find NOS stuff, I'm contemplating on bidding on those hubs. I'd like to have them now rather than later when the prices keep going up more.

I had no clue these are spicers...i too have a set of the yellow ones.
