too much. even if it were the original 13,000 miles i can't say that i would pay that
If it only had 13,000 miles why would it need a new engine? Restored isn't accurate either as it isn't stock or original. Seems a lot high to me...

maybe he has 2 sets?? 1 for the dash and one for checking it while working on it?
if not i'd have to say he spends more time under the hood looking at the gauges then behind the wheel
