im not saying that you arent right. it looks like a descent deal. but your truck prob doesnt leak all over, and its dependable. which is a big deal. i hate those years due to all the crap on the engines. most 86 and older 350s leak like a mo-fo and people just deal with it instead of fixing it.
i guess what im saying is that that seems like a normal price for a 86 and older rig. i think that 87 and up has quite a bit more value.
It's from a dealer too. Probably got it for a grand. That's cheap. I'm glad when I'm done destroying my burb, all the parts with swap to a Blazer. Shiet, gas here is down to only $4.05. That's not too bad.
thats actually what i would expect that kind of rig to go for around here. I had a buddy buy a half ton that had 3/4 ton swapped in that was way nicer than that for the same price.
because of this thread, i checked my local craigslist last night.. nothing older than 95...
tho i did see a super clean 91 K5 around the corner from work thats been sitting some time with a blown tranny.. thinking i may stop in and offer em $300 to get it out of the yard....
That is good if the price is dropping. I will be shopping for another rig to ride around in while I work on mine to prep for restoration. A nice K30 crew or Burb would be great.
Not good for the seller, but great for the buyer!!!!
