Wow, PS bleed that works!

I normally just fill the system to the cold mark and cycle the steering and adding fluid as needed. Not that hard really.

SOO frustrating. I turned that steering wheel back and forth about 50 times, with the tires in the air and the engine off...still no workie!

I went there too, maybe. Did you do it slow? Whats not "workie"?

Yeah, slow was the name of the game...no workie means that I have no or little Power Assist while driving, it is like driving with manual (non Power)

Did you disconnect the drag link and ram before you started to bleed the system? I had a hell of a time bleeding mine until I disconnected everything and then it bled in about 5 turns.

FYI...the ram will act real weird when it's disconnected, just don't worry about it.

No tengo hydro...so I just put the wheels in the air. Will disconnecting things help?

Can't hurt. Maybe disco the damper(s) too?
Aw wait; AGR says if it don't work, check for leaks.

When I installed my new power steering pump bracket from March Performance, I had to remove it and I drained the fluid. And then when I re-installed it I just put the fluid up to the middle of the cold/hot lines. Then I drove the truck around the block and toped off the fluid, everything worked perfectly, no wierd nioses or hard to steer.

My PS box would not reach lock to lock with everything hooked up so it couldn't do a complete cycle. If you look at the AGR instructions it tells you to unhook the drag link and ram.
