Wow your top splits? iv never seen that before, but i have thought about it. Is that factory?

No. It's a custom job by the previous owner. He really did a good job engineering it. It's almost worthy of doing a kit from what I can see. The regular window seams on the truck leak more than the split top. Neither leak very much, unless you hit it with a high pressure hose. Look at the pics on this link to see the closeups...
