wow scary!!!

which part??? push/pull + hydro = bad..... ram mounted in place of stabilizer = bad......... piece of WTF welded in the middle of the tie rod = bad........ ram mounted in single shear = bad

that thing is all kinds of messed up

i would say the biggest thing that stuck out in my mind was the push/pull + hydro.....feel soory for the sap who gets that thing on the trail gets the tires in a hard bind and tears the box right off the frame...

looks like he used a piece of angle iron to fix a bent/broken tie rod OR found some square stock and scabbed it together cain't really tell either way the **** box looks like a death trap on wheels

i just noticed the "heavy duty tie rod" and :eek1:

i like how he put this -This truck is registered and street driven, has hi-low,turn,tail and brake lights.

and then he put this-The speedometer is not hooked up, it is primarily on off road vehicle and is being sold 100% as-is, but it is a very solid sorted out reliable rig

isint that a contridiction???

:haha: :doah: I wow where do you begin with a turd like that? I mean seriously dooes ANYONE see ANYTHING done to it that was actualy thought out? Let alone "well thought" lets try.....

Sure is hard to steer......Ill add a tractor ram in there, somewhere, yea that looks good right there.

I cant see at night.....I got it ill mount lights ABOVE the hood, That i previously i took the time to lower for better vision

I got stuck last time i went....AHAA! ill mount a winch 2 feet above the frame

Wow i realy dont have any sence of finess on the trail.... ill just make the body damage look custom like i ment it to be that way

I could go on and on, but yea i love HAMFIST builds.

Bahhh! Who cares about some minor steering issues. Did you guys see the Skull shift knob? I wonder if the eyes light up?

Wow that thing is a POS. And thats coming from me. Atleast I have all new components.

Mine is just like this but mine has tsl's no window tent and fake bead locks.

Why would this happen? I've never done Hydro assist on anything other than Jeeps with crossover steering. Why couldn't you do Hydro assist with the K5's stock steering system? Since the ram attaches to the axle and to the tierod, why would the steering box rip off of the frame? I thought all the force from the ram would be on the tie rod and steering knuckles, not back at the box?

I feel sorry for whoever buys that truck.

Because when the suspension flexes, it will turn the wheels without turning the stereing wheel. This is due to bad stock geometry. This means you can steer more one direction then the other. Now when you add a ram, it only turns as much as the steering wheel does... So is the wheels and ram/ steering wheel are tunring at differant rates your bound for trouble.
