So I finally got around to having my buddy crawl under my truck and look for whats clunking since I put new TRE's and DLE's in. And low and behold its not a defective end its my steering box. I guess the stiffness of the new steering components has applied more stress to the box. Well the sector shaft jumps around about 1/4 of an inch when I turn.
Has anyone ever heard of the bearing on the shaft getting that bad?
