1.) Pittsburg Ratchets Suck.
2.) When you buy Snap-On Wrenchs...REMEMBER TO BRING THEM:doah: or youll be using your Cummins Wrenchs...which also suck.
3.) Just Because your truck doesnt have a drivetrain doesnt mean it wont continue to leak stuff all over hell.
4.) Wrenchin out back in the shade can be better then inside the shop
5.) Attacking Rivets is alot easier the second time around...at least you have a game plan
6.) No inner fenders makes stuff alot easier to work on...Its almost a shame Im putting new ones back in
7.) Rust sucks
8.) Mud stuck to the underside of the truck sucks
9.) Previous Owner...is still retarded.
10.) Oil/Grease Fires are nothing to be scared of
11.) The tolerences of Kerts parts are so close its mind boggleing...But that stuff isnt going anywhere:laugh:
12.) Dont get your thumb stuck between the front clip and the upper body mount...:doah:

Thats all for now

How can a truck with no drivetrain leak? I'm still trying to convince my dad that it is his 04 Dodge that is leaking not my 80 K5. He still doesn't believe me.

#9-definitely have to agree apon that

#4-depends where your talking about here in Az its been ~110 so inside the shop is at least 10x better then frying outside

powersteering, brake fluid and antifreeze in heater hoses

#14 always have at some kind of manual to reference when working on the truck... Haynes are better than nothing, Chiltons are good, Factory repair manuals are gold

#15 Never wrench ignorant…always do you home work, read, research, and do internet searches.

#16 If you do not have the correct tool go buy, beg, brow or steal it( just an expression).. makes life much easier

#17 craftsman bold outs saved my butt at least once getting out a rounded off bolt

#18 wear jeans...(wire wheels meets leg...)
#19 some sort of a hoist makes body pickup/swap easier.
#20 just bc it says its impact grade dont mean that it is...(pitsburg)
