A driver's side knuckle will work on the other side... but I don't know why you'd want to do that.
 
BS. It might have the holes in the same place but it will not "work"
 
The holes will be reversed. You would have to go w/a custom arm, and you would have to go to high steer because your tie rod would be facing backwards on the pass side.

I vote for dumb, scammer would say its the passenger side and send you the driver side instead, LOL
