WTB 1 Good 38x12.50x15 TSL or 1 useable spare

I would like to get 1 good 38x12.50x15 TSL with pretty good tread, I have 1 with a small slice in the sidewall.
OR
I would like a spare 38x12.50x15 with enough tread to get me home if I have a problem.
I live in Southern Ohio and will pay shipping
