Basically, I need a pair of the front U-bolt plates ("spring plates") for a '71 K5 that originally had a 2.75" OD 6-lug D44, but now has a 3" OD 8-lug D44 from a '77 3/4 ton 4x4. I really want to get the front axle in there properly as the rear swap is already done, and local yards have been no help in locating these spring plates, once the axle swap is finished I can worry about other things.

I do have the old ones (for a 2.75" OD D44) for trade or sell, and 2 of the used U-bolts that are in descent shape (I hogged out the other 2 with a torch to rig the axle in there so I could move the truck)

I have paypal ready, looking to spend around $30 for pair if possible. IM me (AIM) greenbuggied, PM me or hit me up kris (at) speedyoldtruck (dot) com, thanks.

ive got a pair of 10b plates if ur interested.

Could you measure the hole lengths on those plates? I've been told the 10B plates are the same, but want to make sure before I spend my money

10 bolt plates are definetly the same. they only made 10 bolts with 3" tubes

what about the junkyard?

Not too many 3/4+ tons in junkyards around here, most of them are still workin on the farm, and a couple yards had em but wanted 60+ for the pair (seemed way high to me)
