Hey everyone, I'm looking for a drop pitman arm for a 4x4 box that will work with 6" lift. Let me know what you have. May consider a raised steering arm, but their so much harder to get the old one off. Thanks Jason

I went to the junk yard when they had 1/2 off and got 2 87 jeep cherokee for $8 then I reamed it out. A machine could ream it out and charge less for both than having to pay $80 or more.

4x4 box is diffrent output shaft than the rest on a gm. 1/4 is splined . rest is round and grove cut to let pinch bolt pass threw.

i have never seen a 6" drop arm for a gm 4x4 box. most thay drop is 3"

I'll have to check. I just assumed they made them since i have one on another truck with a 4" lift. Maybe I'll have to use a raised steering arm. Or a combination of raised steering arm and drop pitman arm. I"m using some 6" lift spring i bought used.
Thanks Jason

i ran droped arm with 6" worked just fine. also used raised arm on same before wased to dana 60 worked fine.
