I Need the drivers side Auxilliary Battery Tray for a 1973 to 1980 chevy truck, anyone have one for a reasonably cheap price. If so let me know how much it is and how much to ship it to me. Abilene Kansas 67410

Ya bought one from them lasted me like a yr and rotted away... There metel is thin and cheap...KInda want a oem one....

I took the LMC catalog to the local Chevy dealership and they matched the price. The OEM driver's side battery tray is good quality. I've had it in there for years. However, I put an Optima on it, so it has never been exposed to acid and I live in Arizona where nothing ever rusts. My truck is an 86 so the tray is a little different, but maybe the method of getting the dealer to match the price will help.

They matched it??? Wow I have never heard that before. Ill have to try that out. I agree the repos from lmc probably arent as good as oem. I didn't even think you could get them from the dealer. I am going rewire the whole truck in a couple weeks, maybe ill ad a backup as well, if you can get these through the dealer.
