I'm switching from Hydroboost to vacuum assist. would prefer to buy from a member here than from the local parts warehouse. As the things rarely go bad, and they are very common.
Thanks Matt

want to trade? im in the middle of rebuild on my 78. hydroboost is on the list of things to do. it has a newer 3/4 ton master on it too if you want.

Yep.let's do it! I'll. Clean and paint this one. I'll need the arm to. I'll be sending the arm with the assembly. PM me you address.I'll do the same tonight.

WOW!!!!!
wish i wouldve seen this! i wanta hydroboost...

why are you switching away from it tho??

something bout brake pedal assy. needed also?

No pedal swapping here. You just need to get the arm(rod) that connects the pedal to the booster. The one that is in the hydroboost is going with it, I'm not disassembly that.
thats why I need the arm(rod) also.

I'm switching because I just don't want the hassle of all that hydraulic hose under the hood.
Plus, I've been a n automotive mechanic for a very long time. I have replaced many hydroboost assemblies. I can count on one hand how many vacumm boosters I've replaced. they just don't have as many working arts to go bad, and they do not go bad very often.
AND, they work great!

Nope, just the booster, I'll get a new Master cylinder to avoid any hydraulic issues. I got a new hose here too.

Sorry I forgot to send this yesterday, will go box it up right now.
