WTB: D60 + more good stuff!!

hey gang, I am still looking for....

1) D60, it'd be nice if it was open, 4.56 and close to $1000...preferably a shade less. surely someone out there has one for me!

2) detroit for a ff14b

3) 2wd chev steering box for my x-over set up. Its gonna get rebuilt when hyrdo goes in, so a leak here/there is no biggie...must be functional tho!

4) '78-79 ford pitman, another x-over part....

5) steel wheels, 15x10, paintable (black or white, no chrome!). You'd prolly have to be within driving distance of me to make the price better than 4wp....but who knows...

6) Eldarado calipers: yep, discs going on the ff14....

7) aluminum diff covers for D60/ff14b. used/slightly abused is ok. i just want plenty of oil capacity and good heat disipation...

yeppers, already in touch with KW. It seems he has 3 of them... but they are all partial... enough parts for 2 complete axles. Unfortunately, I am 2nd in the dibs line. Hopefully the other guy will fall through and I can get the 2nd complete one cheap. If not, who knows, maybe I'll get the partial one if its cheap enough. I am going to the big puyallup swap meet on the 10th...I could prolly pick up whatever extra parts I needed there.

anyway, that deal is *definitely* not set in stone... so if anyone else has the hook up lemme know. I gotta be 1-ton for Moab dang it!

Let me know what time you will be at the swap meet. Jon(bigredblazer)is working there, Owen (90blazerk5) will be going there too and me of course. Maybe we could all look around together. Let me know if you need a place to stay up here if ya want to come Saturday night.

I plan on arriving about an hour before the thing starts... only problem there is, no one here seems to know when it starts. doh! anyway, yeah, if ya wanted to meet up and walk around that'd be cool. If this local deal I have going doesnt pan out, I'll be looking for a D60 (among other things) and since you know more about them than I do, maybe you could save me from getting ripped.

what all are you gonna be looking for there? I need some *cheap* wagon wheels, a 2wd steering box, the D60, maybe some 205 parts, some recovery gear stuff and maybe even some used tires.
