I'm looking to buy a Chevy SRW Dana 60 to swap into my Jimmy. I live in Pennsylvania (18045) so if you are in the area let me know. $400 max..
Thanks,
Brandon

sorry on the srw for 400 max in this area. :doah:unless you get real lucky or find a stupid junk yard that dont know any better.

not to be a a$$ but thats the facts.

i know were i can get you a srw front for 800 or a drw for 600 both 4.10 gears. and the rear 14ff with same 4.10 open gears srw for a extra 150.

my zip is 14845.

Yeah that's what I'm finding out :doah:. So i figured I might try on here. I found a couple SRW on craigslist for around $600. I picked up a 14 bolt FF at the junk yard for $70 bucks though:woot:. I guess I'll hold out for a little bit longer and hit some more junk yards, and if not bump the thread back up. Thanks for the info guys.

Don't waste your time at Harry's, place is always picked clean. You can try D's, they opened earlier this year, they might have something. They had an old military truck there. Course the axles were gone, but it's a u pull it, so have a chance....

Don't waste your time

and just pick up the D60 for $600
that alone is a good price
the D60 I got from a Jyard was DRW, after all money spent and switching to SRW hubs/rotors, I'm just shy of that price. If you wait and spend time looking, some day you may come across a D60, but if it's a DRW you're back to square one when it was easier to pick up the SRW for $600. Throw a bid out for $550 and you're golden.

The DRW D60 is like a "butterface". Everything is smokin hot but the hubs and it's going to cost you $$$ to make her even viewable. :doah: Around here, you couldn't give a left nut for a SRW D60s, they'll need both or $900+

haha thats a good one :thumb:

Yeah I went up to harrys once for a buddys car and it sucks.
i found my 14 bolt at joe's in newringgold. Where's D's at?

Thanks,
Brandon

I found two D60 fronts for under $400 back east (one was in southern PA). $300 for the DRW, $350 for the SRW.

I took my time, was patient, and found them both on Pirate.

The price goes up as you get warmer and drier, because the trucks that originally came with them last longer.

Good luck! :waytogo:
