Wanted WTB: Drivers Side Rear Upper Shock Mount 82 K5 Blazer

I need one of these, new or used, undamaged, not repaired, OEM GM or aftermarket.

82 K5 Blazer Drivers Side Rear Upper Shock Mount.

I don't know what years the interchange is, from what I've been able to find out this part & area of the truck was frequently changed from 69-90.

Also I'd be interested in what the original GM part number & description was I cant seem to find that either.
