WTB - Factory stand alone 4l80e controller

I want to switch over to automatic in the K5, but I want to use a factory TCM rather than spending big bucks on an aftermarket controller. I'd need the controller, all the wiring and any sensors that I'd need to install on my GM-3 turbocharged 6.2L diesel. Note that I do already have an ESS installed on my engine, so I wouldn't need one to go with the TCM.
