WTB in Colorado 37s or bigger tires for 16 or 17 wheels

I have a buddy that is looking for tires for his new blazer project. He lives in Fairplay, Colorado but he is willing to travel in Colorado.

What he wants:
37 to 40 inch tires with decent tread preferablly for a 16 inch wheel but will consider 17s.
