Ok, so i'm looking to buy my first K5. I'm driving a 88 s10 blazer, which honestly, I thought I was happy with. I bought it with no lift, its got 30x9.5x15 tires on it, which were fun for my first truck, the absolute only time it got stuck was when I would get my frame stupidly stuck up on mounds of snow.(And no I havent done anything hardcore, really only things I was sure I could do, except snow...I get stuck on big mounds of snow alot and have to dig myself out. -shrug-). BUT then my uncle who lives across the street bought a full size dodge ram, dont know how much its lifted, but its got what look to be 3 inch blocks under the leaves and I dont know what else, havent looked, its got 33? inch tires 12.5xwhatever his rim is. Anyway this was like me being able to see clearly for the first time what I needed.

I need that truck, but good ol chevy, so I started looking back at blazers and have come across the K5. And now I must have one. I'm 22,I work full time, and I go to school full time, so money is kinda tight and my ability to weld is well, non-existstant. I'm hoping to convince my father to let me use his welder for the first time when I plan on building a front bumper.

I instantly fell in love with the full convertable, especially the I believe 73-75? The more squarish ones. But I have a feeling im not going to be able to find one in my price and ability range.

SO I am looking for a k5. In the Ny (Staten island), Nj, Penn areaish, I can travel is need be, i've got a buddy that would gladly come with and drive home in one truck while I drive the k5. But the K5 has to be able to drive the distance, and automatic.

So, anyone have anything for sale?
